Kuélap, Gocta and Leymebamba's museum need different days. Choose the outings before fixing the nights.
On a map, everything appears near Chachapoyas. In a day plan, a waterfall trail, monument and museum are very different journeys. Give Kuélap and Gocta their own days. Add Leymebamba for burial finds and the southern valley; otherwise one base can be enough.
Start in Chachapoyas. Choose Kuélap plus Gocta or Karajía, leaving a day to rearrange plans. Make Leymebamba a deliberate extension and treat onwards travel to Cajamarca separately.
Not for Kuélap and a second outing from Chachapoyas. Staying in Leymebamba makes more sense when you want time for its museum and the southern valley.
Prefer one main outing. Gocta involves walking there and back; Kuélap needs transport and monument time. Splitting them makes a more enjoyable plan.
