Karajía or Revash: which outing should you choose?

Karajía has sarcophagi; Revash has cliff mausoleums. Choose by subject and approach rather than a list that includes both.

What to expect

At Karajía you look towards human-shaped forms high on a cliff; at Revash towards funerary buildings resembling small houses. These are burial sites, not rooms to wander into. Both are compelling, but seeing both is not necessary to understand the difference.

How it fits into a journey

Choose one from Chachapoyas. Leymebamba's museum can complement Revash if you leave it meaningful time.

Can I enter the burials?
